I was out of control with food; I would eat perfectly during the day, and binge and purge at night. If I had to go “off track”; whether it was going to a restaurant with friends, a family gathering, etc. I would go off the rails and eat everything I could because I had already “messed up”, and I would not be eating like that again. 

My world had become so small in order to control what I ate/didn’t eat, and in order to control my body. I had complete black and white thinking.

Joining this program added color back into my life. I am present with family and friends rather than being consumed by the anxiety around the food. I have re-developed my hunger and satiety cues after completely losing them.

Shining light on my shame obliterates it. And we have a safe, supportive space for that. Any time of day I can post in the community and know I will be supported.

EMILY

I loved this program from start to finish. I learned more about myself than I ever thought possible and because of this program I know that there is more to uncover. Kelsey gives you the tools that you need to do the hard work on you. If you use those tools you will do great things for yourself and everyone around you.


When I started this program I couldn't eat gluten or soy due to inflammation and a thyroid disorder. Because of mindful eating, now I can literally eat whatever I want and have zero inflammation. I have increased my strength to the point where I can almost do a real push up. And because of this program I know that my potential is only limited by the limits that I put on it. Life circumstances may get in the way, but I now have the confidence that I can navigate those things and remain true to myself and the values I hold.

Rediscover You Free has helped me build a toolbox of coping techniques and strategies to achieve my goals. I'm learning the words I tell myself have meaning and consequence, and most importantly I have the power to change the script.

Kelsey Wiebe is a true guide and teacher. Her program provides her clients with the best possible support during and between calls. I felt that I would struggle so much between therapy sessions in the past and have TOO much to discuss or forget to discuss in session but with private community and weekly coaching calls I was able to get the support I needed and deserved. I was finally able to feel safe to discuss my feelings of guilt with my disordered eating habits with Kelsey who truly empathized and listened to my struggles. 

After 10 years of guilt with disordered eating and 12 weeks of consistently showing up daily, doing the work, and observing what triggers my emotions to engage in disordered eating patterns, I finally feel as though I have a toolkit to feel more at peace in body, mind, and spirit. I am now on the path to living my authentic life!

At the beginning, I felt a lot of fear of failure because I've done so many different diets and I was nervous that this was going to be another thing that I was going to fail. That was just something that was holding me back.

One thing that is really big that has changed is my digestion. For awhile I was trying to figure out what I was sensitive to and I realized that I was just eating too much and I was emotionally eating and that was a big reason why I came to the program.

I have become a changed person since I started the Rediscover You Free program. I've learned how to be emotionally resilient. I couldn't do it on my own.

BEKAH

I came to Kelsey when I was feeling very low-probably at one of the lowest points in my life. I knew that I needed to make changes in my life and that I was ready to start working on myself. During my time in her program I learned to value myself, to speak my mind, to honor and cherish my body, that I am a person of WORTH and that I can truly do anything I set my mind to. I don't wake up and start my day the same way I used to-I start it with GRATITUDE and INTENTION.

I don't look at food the same way I used to, and view it as nourishing and not harmful or "bad." I gained insight on some poor habits and lack of organization in my life and have been able to start implementing better habits and tools to keep me organized and less stressed. I learned that I am NOT alone and that there are a lot of other people who are struggling and that it is important to be around like-minded and positive people who lift you up!

I was lost and was trying everything possible to lose weight and change the outside of what I looked like.

Through this program I realized I needed to change my self within and love and accept myself for who I am not what I look like

Through the program I have learned to trust hunger /fullness cues. I have learned to enjoy foods and not deprive myself.

I never thought I would be able to accept my body for what it looks like although there are days it's hard I was never able to do that

I would encourage anyone to start the program and know you’re not alone. The support is amazing and learning about yourself is amazing

TRACY

About junior high I started with weight loss shakes and then high school it was exercise a lot and eat a little bit. In college it became weight watchers and running. As an adult I went through lots of gym classes, and more weight watchers, and keto, and paleo, and grain-free, but they didn't really make me satisfied with myself and honestly I just kept searching. I just really wanted to find that balance.

Since joining the program, I've learned to be more balanced with little steps. I've seen a drastic improvement in myself, in my mood, my ability to handle a lot of issues and challenges throughout the day.

The main thing I have found is that balance and the joy in each day. And that is huge! Balance. Not going to extremes is really the best way to go.
