Not so long ago I was shamefully hiding a near 20 year battle with binge eating, bulimia, and body dysmorphia.

I may have looked like the 'picture of health'...

I worked out (excessively).

I was lean (but never lean enough).

I was a personal trainer (and felt like a total hypocrite).

My obsession with food and my body literally took up all of my headspace and sucked all the joy from my life!

The more I tried to control food... the more food controlled me.

It wasn't until I realized it was my relationship with food and my body that was the real issue that I decided to go all in on my healing journey.

Now I am on a mission to help other ambitious women (just like you) find food freedom so that they can end the food noise, love the skin they’re in, and live a more joyful and purpose-filled life.
